RCI Cancellation Policies - updated 12/06/12


E-Learning Courses: Refund requests received within 30 calendar days of course registration will be accepted and issued a full refund minus an administrative fee of 10% of the course cost. No refund and no credit will be processed on requests received after 30 days. No refund or credit will be processed on requests where course has already been taken in partial or full.


Regional Meetings: Refund requests received 72 hours prior to the event will be accepted and issued a refund minus a $15.00 administrative fee. No refund and no credit will be processed on requests received less than 72 hours prior to the event. Individual substitutions are subject to a $15.00 administrative fee.


Educational Programs: Refund requests received 14 calendar days prior to the event will be accepted and issued a 50% refund. No refund and no credit will be processed on requests received less than 14 calendar days prior to the event. Individual substitutions are subject to a $25.00 administrative fee.


Building Envelope Symposium Attendees: Refund requests received 14 calendar days prior to the event will be accepted and issued a 50% refund. No refund and no credit will be processed on requests received less than 14 calendar days prior to the event. Individual substitutions are subject to a $25.00 administrative fee.


RCI Examinations: Refund requests received 72 hours prior to the event will be accepted and issued a refund minus a $15.00 administrative fee. No refund and no credit will be processed on requests received less than 72 hours prior to the event.


Annual Convention and Trade Show Exhibit Space: A cancellation charge of 50% of the total booth fee will apply for all cancellations. No refund for cancelled exhibit space will be made on requests received less than 90 calendar days prior to the annual convention.

Upon arrival, please check-in at the RCI Registration desk.

In order to receive RCI continuing educational hours & AIA learning units, each individual must complete and return the AIA/CES Conference Program Participation Form C-1 to RCI.

RCI membership is individual and nontransferable.

There will be a $25.00 processing fee for all returned checks.
