RCI Cancellation Policies - revised 9/010/04

Regional Meetings
Refund requests received 72 hours prior to the event will be accepted and issued a refund minus a $15.00 administrative fee. No refund and no credit will be processed on requests received less than 72 hours prior to the event. Individual substitutions are subject to a $15.00 administrative fee.

Educational Programs
Refund requests received 14 calendar days prior to the event will be accepted and issued a 50% refund. No refund and no credit will be processed on requests received less than 14 calendar days prior to the event. Individual substitutions are subject to a $25.00 administrative fee.

Building Envelope Symposium Attendees
Refund requests received 14 calendar days prior to the event will be accepted and issued a 50% refund. No refund and no credit will be processed on requests received less than 14 calendar days prior to the event. Individual substitutions are subject to a $25.00 administrative fee.

RRC and RRO Examinations
Refund requests received 72 hours prior to the event will be accepted and issued a refund minus a $15.00 administrative fee. No refund and no credit will be processed on requests received less than 72 hours prior to the event.

International Convention and Trade Show Exhibit Space
A cancellation charge of 50% of the total booth fee will apply for all cancellations. No refund for cancelled exhibit space will be made on requests received less than 90 calendar days prior to the annual convention.

International Convention and Trade Show Attendees
Refund requests received 30 calendar days prior to the event will be accepted and issued a 50% refund. No refund and no credit will be processed on requests received less than 30 calendar days prior to the annual convention. Individual substitutions are subject to a $25.00 administrative fee.

• Upon arrival, please check-in at the RCI Registration desk.
• In order to receive RCI continuing educational hours & AIA learning units, each individual must complete and return the AIA/CES Conference Program Participation Form C-1 to RCI.
• RCI membership is individual and nontransferable.
• There will be a $25.00 processing fee for all returned checks.
