Structural Engineer Needed - Conley Group, specializing in the analysis and design of the building envelope is seeking a Structural Engineer.  The position requires that the Engineer be in Responsible Charge for all engineering services provided by the firm.  A professional Engineer’s license in the State of Texas is required, with the ability to become licensed in other states as needed by the firm.  The Engineer will manage his/her own projects and assist other project managers on roofing, façade restoration, parking garage, and other building envelope projects.  A minimum of five years’ experience is requested, and familiarity with storm drainage design is preferred. is seeking strong candidates to join our team in the position of Roof Consultant/Program Manager for BTA, headquartered in Oak Park, Michigan.
Responsibilities as a Roof Consultant include the preparation of detail roof drawings, technical specifications, cost estimates and bidding requirements.  As Program Manager, serving as the Program Leader with specific customer accounts and ensuring that all the customer technical, service and support issues are managed.  Duties also include conducting roof surveys, performing construction audits, managing BTA Field Teams in the handling of customer projects, and working with BTA's premier roof management software, RoofSuite®.  Routine travel will be required.
Ten years of related experience, Project Management skills are important, and experience in construction management, project design and execution are important.  Experience in Best Practice Construction Site Safety is paramount.  Registered Roof Consultant and/or Professional Engineer preferred.
