  • Forensic Investigations
  • Condition Assessments
  • Building Surveys
  • Testing, analysis and design of repairs to roofing, masonry/flashings, EIFS and pre-cast concrete, waterproofing, curtain wall and window assemblies, and more.

  • Work involves project management, design, testing, forensic study, and remediation of exterior wall and roofing systems.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Represent the Owner by observing and documenting the progress and quality of the work being performed by contractors.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office:  Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Ability to work with digital images—sorting, modifying, importing into documents
  • Ability to work on roofs and building facades from swing stage equipment

Preferred Requirements:

  • Experience with:  Building rehabilitation and waterproofing systems; rehabilitation of deteriorated masonry, reinforced concrete, and steel structures; both invasive and nondestructive testing techniques; and coatings, waterproofing membranes, sealers, corrosion inhibitors.
