Building Envelope/Roof Consultant - PSI, a national roof/building envelope and engineering consulting firm is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Consultant with excellent communication skills. Consultants are needed in Fairfax (DC), Houston, Atlanta, Orlando, Tampa, Detroit, New Orleans, San Antonio, and St. Louis.

  • Individual must have experience in client management, marketing presentations, site investigations and on-site project management/quality control of commercial roofing/building envelope and waterproofing projects.
  • Having an RRO/RRC/RWC is a plus but not necessary for the right person that has equivalent experience. Professional Engineers and Architects with this related experience is also a plus.

The ideal candidate will participate and oversee all activities related to local and industry approvals of Polyglass materials for use in the residential and commercial roofing markets. Including participation in Product Testing and Code Approval process by analysis of products and obtaining system approvals that maximize the company’s position in potential marketplaces.  Organize and coordinate all Product Testing and Code related activities for the department.  Participation in approval projects including budgets with applicable regional, Nation and International testing agencies (FM Global, Underwriter’s Laboratories, International Code Council, etc.)
