The Technical Coordinator position is directly responsible inside technical support for roofing contractors, architects, engineers, specifiers, and roofing consultants.
This position involves limited travel, which averages two to three days per quarter. The successful applicant must demonstrate the following:

• Ability to work in a team of other Technical Coordinators
• A working knowledge of UL, FM, ICC, FBC, ASCE-7, and Metro Dade County
• A strong work ethic and dedication to the common good
• A passion for working and excellent communication skills
• Ability to manage significant workload of varying projects and subjects
• Ability to write clear, concise position letters to a variety of audiences
• Computer skills including MS WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT and OUTLOOK

Requirements

• 5-10 years of progressive experience in the roofing or construction industry, including supervisory and administrative experience.
