Retrofitting your existing metal roof has been made easy and inexpensive thanks to the Roof Hugger sub-purlin framing system. Roof Hugger's are single piece "Z" shaped sub-purlin specifically punched to allow the ribs of your existing metal panel to pass through the vertical web of the Hugger, insuring a close, structurally correct connection to the existing building. Huggers' are designed and tested for retrofitting any existing metal roof style with any manufactures new screw down or standing seam roof panel. ASTM E-1592 engineering load table is available upon request. Roof Huggers are produced from 16ga. high strength, 50 ksi structural grade steel, with a G-90 galvanized coating. We have production facilities in Tampa, FL; Longview, TX; Logansport, IN and Spokane, WA. Don't tear off that old troublesome metal roof, Hug it!! |
