Anchor-Tite fascia and coping products carry the most comprehensive warranty coverage in the industry: a Lifetime, 170 mph Wind Warranty. We manufacture one of the widest selections of engineered roof edge systems. They are designed to meet the roofing industry's strictest standards including FM, Miami-Dade and the ANSI/SPRI ES-1. ANSI/SPRI ES-1 testing is now required by the 2003 International Building Code (IBC). The 2003 IBC has been adopted state-wide by over half the country, as well as by countless municipalities, and new localities are adopting it each month. In addition to fascias and copings, Metal-Era manufactures a complete line of roof edge accessories, as well as gutters and downspouts.
