Updating Personal Information

• Changes to your personal name, company name, or member type must be done directly with RCI by phone (800-828-1902) or by e-mail.

Service Codes

• To select more than one service code hold down the control key and click on the service codes of your choice. Selected service codes will be indicated by a blue highlight.
  

• The only service codes that should be selected by QAO members are inspections (N) and residential (M). 

Directory

• To view an individual's address, phone, e-mail, and fax number click on the symbol that appears next to their name.
• Search results will appear in a pop-up window. If you don't see a pop up window with your search results turn off any pop-up blockers. Contact your IT administrator if you need assistance with this.
• If you are using a Mac computer, please note, the directory only works with the Safari Web browser.
• The directory does not work with Google's Chrome Web browser.

Ordering RCI Products and Publications

• Orders for RCI products and publications cannot be placed using the RCI Online Membership Management web portal. Instead, please visit the RCI Marketplace.
